Shipping Coverage

TheAromaverse proudly delivers fragrances across India. At present, we offer Pan India shipping through our trusted logistics partners.

Dispatch Time

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 24–72 hours after successful order confirmation. During launches, sales or festive periods, dispatch may require additional processing time.

Estimated Delivery

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 7–14 working days, depending on your delivery location and courier service availability.

Remote and non-serviceable locations may require additional transit time.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,500.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies to orders below ₹2,500.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via the contact details provided during checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your package. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may reattempt delivery or return the parcel according to their policies.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. TheAromaverse cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or contact information.
