Order Processing

At TheAromaverse, every order begins processing shortly after it is placed. Products are carefully picked, quality checked, packed and prepared for dispatch to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.

Cancellation Policy

As orders enter our fulfilment process quickly, we do not accept cancellation requests once an order has been placed.

Why We Do Not Accept Cancellations

  • Fragrance orders are processed immediately for packing.
  • Inventory is reserved specifically for your order.
  • This helps us dispatch orders within our promised timelines.

WhatsApp Orders

Orders placed through WhatsApp are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received. After payment confirmation, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
